Floor Scraping System

RM10-TGW1 - Floorscraper 3NO LOSS OF DIGESTER VOLUME – BY A CONTINUOUS SELFCLEANING
After treatment, many organic wastes still contain compounds, which would deposit inside the fermenter (e. g. stones, sand, bone splinters, glass fragments, eggshells, …). For long-term operation, these sinking materials have to be discharged out of the fermenter regularly. Along with a sediment pump and a sediment separator, the Fitec floor scraper meets this requirement reliably.

@Fitec_floor_scraper_1_3937x2307FUNCTION PRINCIPLE

By the patented geometry of the scraper arms, per round up to 400 kg sinking materials can be transported to a discharge outlet in the fermenter ground. From there the sediment pump pumps the sinking materials to the sediment separator.
